Rules

1.Your site can not have any bad language or adult only content.

2. Your site can not have a lot of broken images or error 404's.

3.Your site must get at least 30 unique hits a day.

4. Your site must have Neopets help, graphics or Anime. It can have more than one.

5. Your site must have at least 10 pages.

6. Your site needs to have a link back button.

7. Type in wocky where it asks you if you read the rules.  

8. Your site can not have a lot of blank pages.

9. You must let us know when you are going on hiatus.
